What you can expect  

• Hybrid working with the team on client site or in our office a minimum of two days per week. However the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment including up to 5 days per week on a client site.

Qualifications :

Essential requirements

Data Governance Tradecraft 

• Experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks including the development and enforcement of policies for data quality security and compliance. 
• Experience setting up and working with in a Data Office that defines the above policies 
• Proficiency in data cataloguing and metadata management tools such as Collibra Atlan Informatica or similar platforms. 
• Knowledge of data lineage stewardship and data quality management using relevant tools and applications to support these responsibilities. 
• Comfortable implementing governance controls and standards on cloud platforms (such as AWS) to manage data access privacy and compliance requirements. 
• Enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across business legal security and technical teams in a fast-paced environment to ensure effective data governance practices are upheld 
• Professional certifications in Cloud and Data Governance. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and deliver complex client engagements providing expert advice in areas such as business transformation technology strategy and innovation. 
• Build and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels acting as a trusted advisor and identifying new business opportunities. 
• Develop and shape innovative solutions to address client challenges leveraging deep industry knowledge and consulting expertise. 
• Guide mentor and develop teams of consultants ensuring high-quality project delivery and professional growth of junior staff. 
• Contribute to thought leadership through research publications and presentations in your area of expertise. 
• Drive business development activities including proposal writing pitching and managing client accounts. 
• Stay up-to-date with latest trends technologies and regulatory changes relevant to client industries. 

Key Requirements: 

• Significant consulting experience ideally within a leading management consulting firm. 
• Proven track record of delivering successful large-scale projects and driving measurable client impact. 
• Outstanding communication leadership and stakeholder management skills. 
• Deep expertise in one or more sectors (e.g. healthcare financial services energy public sector). 
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify and develop new opportunities.

• Round 1: Either a competency or technical interview (60 mins) 
• Round 2: Either a competency or technical interview whichever you didnt do at first round (60 mins) 
• Final round : Meeting with a PA leader - a mini case study and discussion around your client-centricity (60 mins)
