Responsibility:
- 基于公司渠道发展战略要求及渠道部发展目标参与渠道策略和项目的规划制定并设计流程
- 帮助团队正确理解渠道策略和项目目标并有效推动目标执行及时跟进项目进展
- 与商务团队及各业务团队密切沟通了解渠道策略在各区域落地过程中的情况及时总结反馈探讨
- 与主要相关支持部门建立良好的沟通确保渠道策略及项目符合公司管理要求并能获取及时的支持
- 收集外部各类重要渠道相关信息为公司及部门提供有价值的分析建议及主张
Requirements:
- 大学本科及以上学历熟练运用基础办公应用软件
- 5年以上医疗保健行业经验熟悉相关的商业及运营模式
- 有成功的战略部门或市场部项目管理与发展经验有销售经验优先
- 突出的协作能力及执行力有成功的项目管理和推动经验
- 具备熟练的数据分析及洞察策略规划设计能力
- 高效的沟通协调能力口头表达和书面表达能力俱佳
- 责任心强并接受一定频次的出差安排
