Whats the role
As an Experience Designer youll play a key role in shaping intuitive seamless experiences that empower customers and staff to achieve their goals effortlessly. Working within cross-functional teams youll ensure that every design decision delivers real value and aligns with business objectives while advocating for user needs.
In this role youll conduct end-to-end research and prototyping using insights and data to inform user-centred design across platforms and channels. Youll actively contribute to workshops evolve our enterprise design system (GEL) and champion best practices for continuous improvement. Collaboration is centralyoull work closely with designers product owners business analysts and delivery teams to create solutions that are practical innovative and impactful.
