The role
Were looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join our Experience Architecture practice in Digital Technology this senior role youll lead by examplebringing design thinking to a complex project guiding the user experience of the Universitys Enterprise CRM; ensuring the voice of our users is included in all project outcomes.
What youll do:
- Provide design leadership to a cross-practice project squad from problem definition to refined solutions.
- Lead the user research and design process translating insights into intuitive service and product designs.
- Partner with Business Analysts Solution Architects Product Owners and Enterprise Architecture to align user experience with technical and business strategy.
- Facilitate co-design workshops and produce high-value artefacts like service blueprints journey maps and wireframes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Service Experience practice by refining templates guidelines and processes.
What were looking for
- Proven experience in user experience and service design with a strong research background.
- Highly developed problem definition and problem-solving skills especially in complex environments.
- Skilled communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels and champion the value of design.
- Experience working in a large complex organisation or higher education environment.
- Previous experience working in CRM platforms especially Microsoft Dynamics would be highly valued but not essential.
This full-time position is a fixed term role until January 2027 (possibility of extension) at a HEW 8 Higher Education Level located at Callaghan Campus.
