Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency cost-effectiveness and resilience across manufacturing operations.
Manage procurement processes supplier relationships and contract negotiations for raw materials and components.
Oversee inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts reduce carrying costs and ensure material availability for production.
Direct inbound and outbound logistics including transportation and warehousing for manufacturing materials and finished goods.
Collaborate closely with production planning and operations teams to ensure seamless material flow and support manufacturing schedules.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain processes leveraging data and lean principles.
Mitigate supply chain risks including supplier disruptions quality issues and geopolitical factors to ensure production continuity.

Recommended Qualifications

5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and supply chain planning tools.
Strong expertise in demand planning inventory management logistics and strategic sourcing.
Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
Proven experience in ERP system implementation or significant module upgrades.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
