Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost efficiency and on-time delivery for manufacturing operations.
Manage end-to-end procurement processes including supplier selection negotiation and contract management for raw materials and components.
Oversee inventory levels across raw materials work-in-progress and finished goods to minimize waste and stockouts while meeting production demands.
Coordinate logistics operations for inbound materials and outbound finished products ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.
Forecast demand and plan production schedules in collaboration with sales production and operations teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance efficiency reduce lead times and improve quality.
Monitor and report on key supply chain KPIs identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Operations or a related field.
Proven expertise with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies for demand planning inventory management logistics and procurement.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with international sourcing logistics and trade compliance.
APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
