Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Oversee the implementation and adherence to quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular product inspections process audits and quality checks.
• Investigate quality non-conformances identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive quality documentation and generate performance reports.
• Develop and deliver quality training programs for production and quality personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes and product quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control in a manufacturing environment with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience with quality management systems.
• Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis and 8D methodology.
• Demonstrated leadership problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with specific Quality Management System (QMS) software platforms (e.g. MasterControl Sparta Systems) or ERP quality modules
• Demonstrated experience in supplier quality management including audits and performance monitoring
• Lead Auditor certification for relevant industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949 ISO 13485)
