Key Responsibilities

• Develop implement and maintain quality control procedures and systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends drive continuous improvement and report performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate quality into new product development and manufacturing processes.
• Manage supplier quality including qualification performance monitoring and issue resolution.
• Ensure products and processes comply with relevant industry standards regulatory requirements and customer specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA SPC MSA Root Cause Analysis and CAPA.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems (e.g. IATF 16949 AS9100).
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings specifications and GD&T.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and statistical skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) credential.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP).
• Experience with specific industry quality standards (e.g. IATF 16949 ISO 13485 AS9100).
