Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans procedures and standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Perform internal and external audits of products processes and quality systems.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve manufacturing quality issues.
• Support new product introduction through APQP activities (e.g. FMEA Control Plans PPAP).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards regulatory requirements and customer specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with core quality tools and methodologies (e.g. FMEA SPC MSA 8D PPAP APQP).
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949).
• Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings specifications and GD&T.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g. Minitab JMP)
• Experience with AI/ML applications for quality data analysis or prediction
• Internal Auditor certification for a relevant industry standard (e.g. IATF 16949 ISO 13485 AS9100)
