Key Responsibilities

Manage daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.

Recommended Qualifications

5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management Business Administration or a related technical field.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes quality control systems (e.g. ISO Six Sigma) and lean manufacturing principles.
Proven ability to lead motivate and manage production teams to achieve output quality and safety targets.
Excellent problem-solving organizational and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies such as automation or robotics.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
Fluency in a second language relevant to the workforce or international operations.
