Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in a production management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management Business Administration or a related field.
Strong understanding and application of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning software.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 technologies
Proficiency with a widely used ERP system (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
