The Maintenance Manager leads maintenance operations to keep our manufacturing equipment running safely reliably and at peak performance. This role plays a critical part in supporting continuous production driving efficiency and building a strong safety-first maintenance team. At MacLean-Fogg youll lead improvement initiatives that reduce downtime strengthen reliability and make a real impact on our operations and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all maintenance activities to ensure safe reliable and efficient equipment performance.
Develop and implement standard maintenance procedures and best practices.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Plan and schedule labor materials and work orders to meet production needs.
Monitor maintenance KPIs including uptime reliability and work order completion.
Analyze equipment performance data and drive corrective actions and improvements.
Collaborate with production engineering and quality teams to support manufacturing goals.
Promote and enforce safety environmental and quality policies and procedures.
Conduct routine facility and equipment inspections to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Hire coach and develop maintenance team members through performance management.
