Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivation and development.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes lean principles and quality control systems.
Excellent problem-solving decision-making and analytical abilities.
Demonstrated ability to optimize production schedules manage budgets and meet output targets.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite).
Experience with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
