Key Responsibilities

Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement.
Design develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Develop and maintain process documentation standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Monitor process performance using statistical analysis and data interpretation to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production R&D quality) to achieve operational goals.
Ensure processes comply with safety environmental and quality standards and regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
2 years of experience in a process engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven process optimization.
Experience with process mapping P&IDs and manufacturing execution systems (MES).

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP)
Experience with CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks) for layout or equipment design
Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA platforms
