Salary Range: $76000 - $110000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement.
- Design develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Monitor process performance using statistical analysis and data interpretation to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production R&D quality) to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure processes comply with safety environmental and quality standards and regulations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 2 years of experience in a process engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven process optimization.
- Experience with process mapping P&IDs and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP)
- Experience with CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks) for layout or equipment design
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA platforms
