Key Responsibilities

Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement.
Design develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
Conduct root cause analysis for production deviations and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation including SOPs and work instructions.
Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and solve production issues.
Ensure all processes comply with safety environmental and quality regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical Industrial or a related Engineering field
2-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g. Aspen HYSYS) and data analysis tools
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot process issues identify root causes and implement effective solutions
Knowledge of manufacturing safety quality and environmental regulations

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience with process simulation or advanced modeling software
Familiarity with automation systems robotics or industrial IoT (IIoT) applications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
