Key Responsibilities

Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement.
Troubleshoot production issues identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Design develop and implement new manufacturing processes or equipment.
Monitor process performance using statistical analysis and control charts.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives leveraging methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process design validation and transfer.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical Industrial or a related Engineering discipline.
3-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Experience with process simulation software CAD and/or statistical analysis tools.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Proficiency in a programming language for data analysis (e.g. Python R MATLAB)
Experience with advanced process simulation software (e.g. Aspen HYSYS Arena)
