Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure production goals are met.
Develop and manage the plant's budget optimizing costs and resource allocation.
Implement and enforce robust safety protocols and quality control standards.
Lead mentor and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics effectively.

Recommended Qualifications

8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or plant management role.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management Business Administration or a related technical field.
Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles continuous improvement methodologies and quality management systems.
Proven track record of managing budgets optimizing production and driving operational efficiency and cost reduction.
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g. IoT advanced automation data analytics)
Multilingual proficiency particularly in languages relevant to the local workforce or international partners
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
