Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency cost reduction and waste minimization.
• Lead train and develop production teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee operational budgets control costs and manage resource allocation effectively.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely material availability and product delivery.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage budgets drive P&L performance and optimize operational costs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development and performance management.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and smart manufacturing principles
