Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing operations and production schedules to meet targets.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Lead train and develop production teams fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Oversee inventory management and coordinate with the supply chain for material availability.
• Develop and manage operational budgets identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5 years) in manufacturing operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on performance and development.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Solid understanding of production planning quality control and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in managing operational budgets and driving cost efficiencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Plex).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and automation principles.
