Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic issues in machinery.
Execute timely repairs and replace faulty components to restore equipment functionality.
Install calibrate and commission new production machinery and systems.
Adhere strictly to safety regulations and maintain a safe organized work area.
Interpret technical manuals schematics and blueprints for maintenance and repair tasks.
Document all maintenance activities repairs and parts usage accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial production machinery.
Demonstrated proficiency in hydraulic pneumatic and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals.
Strong commitment to safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance or equivalent experience.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) or robotics.
Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques.
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles.
