Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on production equipment and systems.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components and parts.
Install commission and test new production lines and equipment.
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential failures and ensure operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities repairs and parts inventory.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals blueprints and schematics.
Strong understanding of industrial safety practices including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Technical degree or vocational certification in industrial maintenance mechatronics or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
Proficiency in welding and fabrication.
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Certifications in specialized areas such as hydraulics pneumatics or robotics.
