Key Responsibilities

Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement.
Design develop and implement manufacturing tools fixtures and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to machinery materials and methods.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by developing manufacturing processes and documentation.
Create and maintain detailed manufacturing work instructions process flow diagrams and BOMs.
Implement Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety quality and regulatory standards.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Mechanical Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with CAD software for process design and fixture development.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Proficiency in PLC programming or industrial robotics
Experience with advanced ERP or MES system implementation
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
