Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
Design procure and qualify tooling fixtures and equipment for production.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues and equipment failures.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Collaborate with R&D to ensure manufacturability of new products and processes.
Create and maintain detailed work instructions process documentation and routings.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
Proven experience in applying Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficiency with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD) for tooling and fixture design.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing processes and implement effective solutions.
Experience with automation robotics or PLC programming in a production environment.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience with PLC programming industrial automation or robotics
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or demonstrated project leadership experience
