Salary Range: $71000 - $110000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop implement and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Design validate and improve tooling fixtures and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Lead new product introduction (NPI) by establishing manufacturing methods and process flows.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation work instructions and process specifications.
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for cost reduction yield improvement and capacity optimization.
Recommended Qualifications
- Manufacturing process expertise (e.g. machining assembly automation)
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD)
- Ability to design and implement tooling fixtures and equipment
- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency in advanced simulation software (e.g. Arena FlexSim)
- Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration
- Data analytics skills for manufacturing insights (e.g. Python/R for SPC)
