- Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment.

- Manage maintenance budgets spare parts inventory and external vendor relationships.
- Implement and enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance within maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with production and engineering to minimize downtime and support operational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment performance.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience managing maintenance operations and teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Experience with budget management spare parts inventory and vendor relations.
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance (e.g. OSHA).
Bonus Qualifications
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with advanced CMMS/EAM platforms (e.g. SAP PM Maximo Infor EAM).
- Experience managing capital improvement projects and facility expansions.
- Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
