Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure and operational technology (OT) systems to ensure continuous production operations.
Oversee cybersecurity initiatives to protect proprietary data intellectual property and industrial control systems (ICS).
Lead the planning implementation and support of enterprise applications such as ERP MES and WMS relevant to manufacturing processes.
Ensure high availability and performance of network infrastructure servers and endpoints across office and production environments.
Develop and manage the IT budget ensuring cost-effective technology solutions that support manufacturing efficiency and growth.
Manage IT vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) for critical manufacturing software and hardware.
Provide technical leadership and support to resolve complex IT issues impacting production ensuring minimal downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience managing IT operations and infrastructure specifically within a manufacturing environment.
Expertise in manufacturing-specific systems such as ERP (e.g. SAP Oracle) MES and SCADA/OT technologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead IT teams manage complex projects and oversee vendor relationships.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles for industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT).
Experience with IT strategic planning budget management and driving digital transformation initiatives.
Ability to leverage data analytics and technology for operational efficiency and continuous improvement in production.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA platforms.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts (e.g. IoT AI in manufacturing digital twin).
Knowledge of operational technology (OT) security best practices.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
