Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and staffing for production technical and administrative roles.
• Manage employee relations including grievance resolution disciplinary actions and conflict management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs including wage structures incentive plans and benefits enrollment.
• Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and talent development.
• Coordinate and deliver training initiatives focused on safety compliance and skills development for the workforce.
• Lead workforce planning and succession initiatives to ensure adequate staffing and talent pipeline for operational needs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition employee relations compensation & benefits and HR compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws including OSHA regulations relevant to manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and foster a positive productive work environment.
• Strong strategic planning and communication skills capable of aligning HR initiatives with operational goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies
• Multilingual proficiency particularly Spanish
• Experience leading HRIS implementation or major system optimization projects
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing safety culture initiatives
