Recommended Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing processes equipment and automation.
Proven track record of successful project management from conception to implementation within a production setting.
Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and their application in manufacturing.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g. IoT AI in manufacturing advanced robotics)
Demonstrated experience managing departmental budgets and capital expenditure projects
Proficiency with advanced CAD/CAM software or simulation tools
Experience working with global manufacturing sites or supply chains
