Salary Range: $82000 - $127000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all federal state and local EHS regulations.
• Develop implement and maintain EHS policies procedures and programs.
• Conduct EHS risk assessments and implement hazard control measures.
• Lead incident investigations root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees.
• Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams and environmental permits.
• Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to drive continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety Environmental Science Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5-7 years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2-3 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated expertise in OSHA EPA and other relevant federal state and local EHS regulations.
• Proven experience developing implementing and managing EHS programs and management systems (e.g. ISO 14001 ISO 45001).
• Professional EHS certification such as CSP CIH CHMM or similar is highly preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with EHS management software platforms (e.g. Gensuite Intelex Sphera).
• Demonstrated experience managing EHS programs across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Knowledge of sustainability initiatives or ESG reporting frameworks.
