Role Summary
The EHS Engineer position is a key member of MacLean-Foggs EHS team and supports the execution of our overall safety strategy and goals. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the design and implementation of world class EHS systems as we work towards Mission Zero.

- Work Location: Whitewater WI & Menomonee Falls WI
- Travel: 20%
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations of ISO-14001/ISO-45001 certification pertaining to company operations.
- Perform regular risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety and environmental hazards.
- Conduct routine safety audits and facility inspections to monitor compliance and detect potential hazards.
- Provide training to employees on EHS protocols safety procedures and emergency response.
- Develop and maintain environmental programs including waste management pollution control and sustainability initiatives.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure the organization complies with OSHA EPA and other relevant regulations.
- Environmental Programs: Develop and maintain environmental programs including waste management pollution control and sustainability initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to EHS activities including incident reports and compliance audits.
- Maintains OSHA logs EHS records and reporting for internal and external use.
- Perform all other duties assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- Education: Bachelors
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in EHS or related field within a manufacturing environment.
Competencies/Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and educate employees on EHS practices.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
