Salary Range: $85000 - $130000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local EHS regulations (OSHA EPA etc.) and company policies.
- Develop implement and maintain EHS programs policies and procedures specific to manufacturing operations.
- Conduct thorough incident investigations root cause analyses and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify and assess EHS risks across the facility developing and managing mitigation strategies.
- Design and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees contractors and visitors.
- Oversee and conduct regular EHS audits inspections and hazard assessments.
- Manage all EHS-related documentation permits and reporting requirements.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Science Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive EHS experience with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA EPA and other federal/state EHS regulations and standards.
- Professional certification such as CSP CHMM or CIH preferred.
- Proven experience developing implementing and managing EHS programs and management systems (e.g. ISO 14001 ISO 45001).
- Demonstrated ability in incident investigation risk assessment and EHS training delivery.
Bonus Qualifications
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification.
- Experience applying Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to EHS processes.
- Demonstrated experience with sustainability initiatives or ESG reporting.
- Proficiency in a second language particularly Spanish.
