Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
• Develop implement and maintain the continuous improvement strategy and roadmap for the plant.
• Train coach and mentor employees at all levels in Lean methodologies problem-solving tools and CI principles.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies bottlenecks and waste to drive cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Establish monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to continuous improvement initiatives and project success.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement data-driven decision-making and proactive problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related technical field
• 5 years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated success in implementing Lean methodologies (e.g. Kaizen 5S VSM) and Six Sigma projects with measurable results
• Proficiency in data analysis statistical tools and problem-solving methodologies (e.g. SPC Root Cause Analysis)
• Strong project management and change management skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Minitab Power BI).
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies (e.g. IoT AI automation).
• Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR).
• Background in specific manufacturing ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle).
