Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Lean Six Sigma projects from conception to completion across manufacturing operations.
- Identify analyze and prioritize process inefficiencies and waste within production systems.
- Develop implement and sustain continuous improvement strategies and methodologies.
- Train coach and mentor employees at all levels on Lean principles Six Sigma tools and problem-solving techniques.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and impact of improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities and root cause analysis.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement operational excellence and waste reduction throughout the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
- 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Lean methodologies and tools (e.g. Value Stream Mapping 5S Kaizen).
- Strong analytical problem-solving and statistical process control (SPC) skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects facilitate change and train/mentor cross-functional teams.
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g. Minitab JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Formal certification in change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI).
- Experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Theory of Constraints (TOC).
