Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly reliable detail-oriented and personable Admin Virtual Assistant to support daily operations across administrative e-commerce and social media tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive organized and skilled at maintaining smooth business operations while delivering excellent customer experiences. If you have strong Shopify knowledge enjoy engaging with communities online and can create simple but effective content through Canva this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination
- Manage and update Shopify store backend (products orders inventory customer queries etc.)
- Handle social media engagement across platforms (responding to comments/messages interacting with audiences boosting engagement)
- Create visually appealing posts stories and simple marketing materials using Canva
- Provide warm professional and customer-centric support
- Maintain accurate records files and task documentation
- Perform research data entry scheduling and other general VA duties as needed
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time with high attention to detail
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience with Shopify
- Strong social media engagement abilities
- Proficiency in Canva for content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Kind professional and customer-oriented demeanor
- Highly reliable dedicated and detail-focused
- Positive friendly and personable attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Experience working with international clients
- Familiarity with basic admin tools and CRM systems
