Analyzing proxy reports across various listed entities within and outside the industry | Assist the Lead Learning and Development/ Governance 2.0 In order to adopt best governance practices at Company-level and Group-level w.r.t. Board composition disclosure requirements Annual report Directors profiles etc. To keep in pace with the guidelines issued by the Indian as well as foreign proxy advisors. To liaison and meet with these advisors and seek inputs on regular basis on the changing norms in order to work towards Hindalcos Governance 2.0. |

Drafting of various Sections of Annual Report | Assist the lead Learning and Development/ Governance 2.0 for Co-ordination w.r.t. BRSR section to be included in the Annual Report as well as XBRL filing of the same Co-ordination w.r.t. Social Report section to be included in the Annual Report Providing write-up to be included w.r.t the best disclosures and practices obtained from proxy reports meeting discussions with regulators and other statutory and corporate bodies. |
