Student Administration Services is responsible for delivering excellence in customer service across the University. The divisions business units manage the critical administrative functions that support the student lifecyclefrom admission through to graduation.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking professional to lead examinations and timetabling services across all onshore campuses in the role of Senior Manager Education Scheduling. Working in close partnership with faculties and professional units this role is pivotal in ensuring the effective planning and delivery of academic timetabling and central examinations that underpin high-quality learning and teaching.

The successful candidate will oversee key systems and operational processes contribute to data-informed planning and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the experience of students and staff. The role also carries responsibility for team leadership operational reporting project planning budget oversight for final examinations and ensuring compliance with relevant policies standards and legislative requirements.
