Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicatedOccupational Therapist (OT) to join our clientsAdult Social Care team in Somerset. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in peoples lives by supporting them in their own homes and helping them achieve independence.
You will be part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team working closely with health professionals social care services and voluntary agencies.
What will your responsibilities be
- Relevant multi-disciplinary Social Care experiencewithin a team environment
- Evidence of partnership workingwith agencies such as Social Care Health Services Voluntary Agencies or Education
- Knowledge of Social Care practicealigned with HCPC Guidelines legislation and client needs
- Strong IT skillsfor effective data input manipulation and retrieval
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- HCPC Registration
- Willingness to pursue further qualifications
Desirable
- Experience working with health professionals
- Varied experience with client groups
- Supervisory experience
- Previous collaboration with health professionals
