Compassionate home care workers with availability in St Neots and surrounding areas for Weekdays Evenings and Weekends who want to make a difference in our community. If you have customer service retail hospitality experience or have good communication skills you can transfer these skills and become a Care Professional. Wed love to welcome you into our team and show you how you can make a positive impact to clients in your area. Due to the nature of our service we require a full UK driving license and your own transport.


Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • You dont need any care experience to apply for this role just plenty of care compassion and resilience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Physical fitness to assist clients with mobility and perform light housekeeping duties.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required.
  • DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check clearance.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
  • Patience empathy and a positive attitude towards supporting others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to undergo further training and development in care practices.
