We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Ads Specialist who will manage our paid acquisition strategy across Google Meta TikTok and other high-converting channels.
Your mission: drive predictable scalable user acquisition for our online English learning products bootcamps and placement tests across Latin America and global markets.
This role requires mastery of performance campaigns tracking funnels creatives and data-driven optimization.
Tasks
Paid Ads Strategy & Execution
- Build manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads Google Ads (Search Display YouTube) and TikTok Ads.
- Create and scale full-funnel strategies (awareness consideration conversion retargeting).
- Develop ad sets tailored to different segments: ESL learners parents adult professionals HR teams schools and corporate clients.
- Manage budgets efficiently with strict ROAS and CAC goals.
Creative Development
- Work with design to craft high-converting ad creatives (UGC static carousels video hooks scroll-stoppers).
- Test ad angles messaging frameworks CTAs personas and offers.
- Lead creative direction based on datawhat actually converts.
Tracking Data and Optimization
- Implement and maintain pixels UTM tracking and conversion APIs.
- Create audiences: lookalikes custom retargeting warm pools buyer lists etc.
- Run weekly optimization cycles: bid adjustments budget reallocations A/B tests scaling winners and killing non-performers.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
Funnel & Landing Page Alignment
- Work with the product design and web teams to optimize landing pages for CRO.
- Set up offer tests (free ebook placement test discount boosters email capture).
- Improve lead quality and reduce drop-off through funnel diagnostics.
Reporting & Insights
- Deliver clear reports on performance CAC ROAS LTV CTR and CPMs.
- Identify high-performing markets demographics and interest clusters.
- Present actionable insights to leadership for strategic decisions.

3 years of experience running paid ads across Meta Google and TikTok (agency or in-house).
Proven ability to scale budgets while maintaining profitable CAC/ROAS.
Expertise in pixel events conversion APIs tracking setups and advanced audience creation.
Strong understanding of paid media funnels and performance creatives.
Ability to build ad dashboards and interpret data (Google Analytics GA4 Looker Studio).
Comfortable running A/B tests creative experiments and audience segmentation.
Excellent communication; English required
Nice to Haves
- Experience in EdTech SaaS subscription or education-related funnels.
- Knowledge of Latin American audiences and buying behaviors.
- Basic design/video editing skills to prototype ads (Canva CapCut Adobe).
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot Klaviyo Mailchimp).
- Familiarity with WhatsApp automation and lead management flows.
- Ability to ideate viral-style hooks for TikTok/Reels ads.
- Experience using AI for creatives or copy (ChatGPT RunwayML Midjourney).
