In Indonesia our company has been established since 2005 and currently focuses on two main therapeutic areas namely oncology and vaccines.

Brief Description

The Business Operations Senior Specialist supports the Head of Business Operations in driving strategic and operational excellence across the Commercial Operations function. This role focuses on leading and executing key transformation projects managing distribution operations and supporting alliance management initiatives to enable business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management & Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead and execute assigned strategic projects ensuring timely delivery measurable outcomes and alignment with business priorities.
  • Support the Head of Business Operations in developing project plans tracking progress preparing reports and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation of best practices across Commercial Operations.

2. Distribution Operations

  • Manage operational pricing activities including maintaining the Discount Price List (DPL) for all business units and overseeing iDiscount processes.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain Management (SCM) and business units to resolve issues in sales and distribution tracking ensuring data accuracy and timely resolution.
  • Monitor review and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for distribution activities providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead communications with distribution partners (e.g. APL) including pricing updates partnership matters and management reviews.

3. Alliance Management Support

  • Support the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships assisting in sourcing new business opportunities and growing the revenue pipeline.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities related to alliance management ensuring adherence to contract terms and service-level agreements.
  • Assist in the execution of engagement and marketing plans with partners and maintain records for unpromoted product strategies.

Qualifications Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in business supply chain marketing pharmacy or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in project management distribution operations alliance management or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Is a team player
  • Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
