Job Summary

Job Description:

1. Financial Leadership & Governance

Direct the Corporate Finance department to align with long-term organizational goals.
Lead the end-to-end preparation of Monthly Financial Statements with 100% accuracy.
Manage Statutory Audits Limited Reviews and Internal Audit cycles. Maintain and enhance a robust Internal Financial Controls (IFC) framework.

2. Taxation & Compliance

Oversee Direct Tax and GST compliance including filings assessments and planning.
Manage Transfer Pricing regulations and ensure strict adherence to FEMA guidelines and Import/Export compliances (including FIRC regularization).

3. Business Partnership (Global & Digigold)

Act as a financial consultant to Business Heads advising on risks and compliance.
Lead the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly P&L forecasting for the Global and Digigold units.
