Job Description
A Field Service Technician is responsible for installing maintaining and repairing equipment in the field. They travel to customer sites to ensure proper functioning of products and address any technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure equipment at customer sites.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
- Create detailed service reports.
- Train customers on product operation and maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a technical field.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and travel to various locations.
