Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Open Position : Service Engineer
Reporting to : Manager Service
Department : Service

Location: : Delhi/ Hyderabad
Job Purpose:
Responsible for Partner development technical support &project execution ;
System &product training.
Technical support Schuecal software System/ Catalogue & shop drawing training.
Fabrication and assembly training.
Installation training and site audits.
Resolving customer complaints.
Job Description:
Service Engineering:
Assisting in preparing Order list Cutting optimization Cutting list by using Schuecal& AutoCAD
Assisting in preparing fabrication details by using Schueco System catalogues& DocuCentre.
Assisting in System fabrication as per Schueco catalogues & custom drawings.
Assisting in System installation as per Schueco standards.
Assisting to the fabricators to make quality product as per (SOP) Standard Operating Procedures
Visiting customer factory / site to assure quality product as per Schueco standards with reports.
Visiting and address project sites reported with customer complaints aliased with customer care division.
Periodic visits and audits of projects responsible to monitor the progress and ensure
right level of quality. Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain good relationships with customers understanding their needs to improve service support.
Develop good relationship with the fabricator partners and support them with training & developing their skills and quality of execution. Help them upgrade to Premium
partners.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred or a related field. For experienced candidatesDiploma in Engineering qualification will also be considered.
4 years experience in the same industry i.e. Fa ade and Fenestration.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain customer relationships.
Good knowledge of reading Engineering Drawings MS Office and AutoCAD is a must.
