Role Overview
The HR Manager will lead and manage the entire Human Resource function. The role includes manpower management statutory compliancetraining employee welfare and maintaining labor law standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resource Administration
* Lead recruitment payroll attendance and personnel management.
* Maintain employee records and HR databases.
2. Recruitment & Talent Management
* Source screen and recruit candidates across departments.
* Implement retention strategies to reduce absenteeism.
3. Industrial Relations & Workforce Handling
* Maintain employee relations and resolve grievances.
* Handle disciplinary procedures as per labor law.
4. Compliance and Legal Responsibility
* Ensure EPF ESI bonus gratuity and labor law compliance.
* Maintain statutory registers and handle compliance audits.
5. Training & Development
* Conduct skill and awareness training for workers and staff.
6. Performance Management
* Implement appraisal process and set KRAs/KPIs.
7. Payroll & Attendance Management
* Oversee biometric attendance and payroll processing.
8. Employee Welfare & Engagement
* Drive welfare programs safety culture and wellbeing initiatives.
