The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day activities delivering excellent customer service managing staff maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring full compliance with industry and safety regulations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service:- Ensure excellent customer service delivery and satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Inventory Management:- Monitor fuel and product inventory levels.
- Order and receive supplies as needed.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimise losses.
Financial Management:- Manage budgets and costs.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Operations Management:- Oversee daily operations including fuel dispensing store operations and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards.
Staff Management:- Supervise motivate and support staff in their daily duties.
- Prepare and manage effective shift schedules.
Job Requirements
- Must have a Matric certificate with Mathematics. - Essential.
- Any higher tertiary qualification in management and accounting will be to your advantage.
- Must be computer literate and be able to use Microsoft office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Must be able to fluently communicate in English both verbal and in writing.
