Job Summary

Our client in the petroleum sector is seeking a reliable and experienced Petrol Station Manager based in Boksburg to oversee the full operations of the station. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day activities delivering excellent customer service managing staff maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring full compliance with industry and safety regulations.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Service:

  • Ensure excellent customer service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Inventory Management:
  • Monitor fuel and product inventory levels.
  • Order and receive supplies as needed.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to minimise losses.
Financial Management:
  • Manage budgets and costs.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily operations including fuel dispensing store operations and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Implement and maintain quality control standards.
Staff Management:
  • Supervise motivate and support staff in their daily duties.
  • Prepare and manage effective shift schedules.
Job Requirements
  • Must have a Matric certificate with Mathematics. - Essential.
  • Any higher tertiary qualification in management and accounting will be to your advantage.
  • Must be computer literate and be able to use Microsoft office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
  • Must be able to fluently communicate in English both verbal and in writing.
