Syntech is one of South Africas leading ICT distributors supplying innovative technology consumer electronics components power solutions and smart devices to a national reseller base across Retail VAR E-commerce and MSP segments.

We are looking for a high-performance experienced Senior Account Manager to join our KZN team and drive growth within the VAR and MSP segment.

Success requires strong commercial acumen excellent relationship management technical product understanding and the ability to drive complex deals and rollout projects. The role requires proactive account planning strategic territory management and a high level of professionalism consistent with Syntechs core values.

What youll do

  • Grow revenue GP and active customers across your portfolio.
  • Build strategic relationships with VARs MSPs and project-based resellers.
  • Drive brand penetration across Syntechs premium portfolio.
  • Identify and close project opportunities tenders and rollouts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Work closely with Product Internal Sales Marketing and Finance teams.

Minimum Requirements
  • 4 years ICT channel sales experience as an Account Manager.
  • ICT Distribution experience is a huge plus
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware networking IoT components and power.
  • Proven ability to hit sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High levels of professionalism integrity and hunger for growth.
  • You must have your own reliable vehicle and valid drivers licence
