We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to manage grow and optimise our global affiliate network. You will be responsible for driving high-quality leads and First-Time Depositors (FTDs) to CMTrading and its group of brands working closely with the acquisition CRM and creative teams to maximise performance and maintain ROI-positive partnerships.
Requirements
Source onboard and manage affiliates across Africa LATAM and Asia
Negotiate competitive CPA CPL and Revenue Share deals
Monitor traffic quality optimise performance and identify/prevent fraudulent activity
Collaborate closely with the design and creative teams to coordinate banners landing pages and promotional materials
Analyse and report on key acquisition KPIs including FTDs deposit volumes conversion rates and ROI
Build strong long-term relationships with partners to encourage continuous growth
Identify new markets opportunities and traffic sources to scale affiliate performance
24 years of experience in affiliate marketing preferably within the Forex iGaming or Fintech industries
Strong understanding of CPA/CPL/RevShare models and performance-based marketing
Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret traffic quality funnel metrics and acquisition data
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced KPI-driven environment
Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
