The Role: National Sales Manager
This role exists to lead and scale a national sales organisation partnering closely with executive leadership to drive revenue growth and market expansion. The National Sales Manager will set and execute the national sales strategy build strong regional leadership capability and ensure consistent performance across all regions. The role combines strategic thinking people leadership and operational discipline to deliver results at scale.
Key Responsibilities

58 years of senior sales leadership experience leading and executing a national sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion

Build lead and performance-manage regional sales leaders and their teams across South Africa

Use market insights data analytics and performance trends to inform strategic sales decisions

Establish a culture of accountability high performance and continuous improvement
-
Build engaged motivated and resilient sales teams through coaching mentoring and performance management

Drive collaboration and alignment across sales marketing operations and product teams
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders

Oversee national sales rhythms KPIs forecasting reporting and budget alignment
About You

58 years of senior sales leadership experience at the national or regional level

Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets

Strong strategic capability with experience designing and executing national sales strategies

Experience in real estate digital platforms online marketplaces or classifieds is advantageous
-
High emotional intelligence with a genuine passion for people development and leadership
-
Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder engagement skills

Highly organised disciplined and administratively strong

Tech-savvy with solid proficiency in the MS Office Suite

Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel nationally
