Job Summary

Our client is a securities company in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.
- Develop and implement the branchs business plan as approved by the Board of Management.
- Manage the staff team: assign tasks supervise and evaluate performance.
- Develop individual and corporate clients; drive revenue from brokerage margin and other products and services.
- Manage risk and compliance: ensure trading account opening and margin activities are conducted in accordance with regulations.
- Manage costs monitor business results and prepare periodic reports.
- Build a professional working environment and provide training and development for staff.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance Banking Economics or related fields.
- Proficient in English.
- Securities Practicing Certificate as required by regulations.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Skills: leadership communication analytical thinking problem-solving and business development.
- Personal qualities: proactive decisive responsible and able to work under high pressure.
