Our client is a technology company in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.
Business Growth & Account Development
- Proactively identify qualify and cultivate new business opportunities across both existing and new client accounts expanding end-to-end engagement across technology operations and innovation.
- Partner with companys sales and technology teams to shape pursue and close strategic deals from initial idea through to signed contract.
- Oversee account P&L commercial terms and governance structures to safeguard account profitability and client satisfaction.
- Convert client feedback and market insights into concrete account development plans driving upsell and cross-sell of company solutions and services.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong trusted relationships with senior stakeholders acting as the primary executive contact for strategic initiatives.
- Build an in-depth understanding of each clients business model technology stack and transformation roadmap to position company as a long-term strategic advisor.
- Lead structured client engagement routines (weekly/biweekly check-ins quarterly business reviews) to secure alignment measure satisfaction and unlock new growth opportunities.
Partnership & Ecosystem Enablement
- Orchestrate local collaboration with companys key cloud and partners enabling joint sales and joint delivery motions across enterprise and corporate clients.
- Own the creation and execution of Joint Strategic Partner Business Plans including quarterly performance reviews focused on revenue acceleration and partnership outcomes.
- Develop and nurture strong working relationships with partner account managers sales leaders and solution architects to increase visibility and prioritization of company-led initiatives in the partner ecosystem.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Coordinate closely with global company delivery and engineering teams to ensure high-quality execution and on-time delivery of client programs.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging technology trends and their implications for financial services clients.
- Represent company at industry conferences partner forums and market-facing events to reinforce brand awareness and elevate companys presence in Vietnam and the wider APAC region.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic account management enterprise sales or senior IT leadership roles within financial services or technology consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to build grow and oversee large complex client portfolios while delivering major technology transformation initiatives.
- Solid knowledge of digital transformation cloud migration digital banking solutions and blockchain/distributed ledger technologies.
- Proven history of designing and executing strategic account strategies and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Outstanding relationship-building negotiation and communication capabilities with a track record of working directly with C-level stakeholders (CIO CTO COO etc.).
- Strategic yet hands-on mindset; able to work independently and effectively in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- An existing network across Tier 1 financial institutions in Vietnam is a strong advantage.
